12-Week HYROX Performance Plan Take your HYROX performance to the next level with a fully customised 12-week training plan delivered straight to your TrainingPeaks account. This plan is crafted specifically for your abilities and goals, providing you with a clear roadmap to maximise endurance, strength, and overall performance. What’s Included: A 12-week, fully customised training plan tailored to your current fitness level and specific HYROX goals. Delivered via TrainingPeaks for easy tracking and scheduling. Designed to progressively build your base, strength, and performance over the 12-week period. How It Works: Prepare: Fill out a form with your health details, training background, and current performance data (e.g., 5k time or recent HYROX results). We’ll also schedule an initial consultation to go over your goals and needs. Plan: Based on your inputs and consultation, you’ll receive a comprehensive 12-week training plan designed specifically for your HYROX performance goals. This plan will guide you through the right mix of endurance and strength training. Debrief Call: Once the plan is delivered, we’ll have a debrief call to ensure you fully understand the structure of the plan and how to execute it for the best results. Execute: Follow the plan independently—this programme does not include ongoing coaching support, so it’s ideal for those who want structure without continuous guidance.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to give us 24hrs notice for a full refund to to reschedule your appointment. If prior notice is not given before your appointment, then you will still be charged.
