Measure your VO2Max, establish accurate heart rate zones, and receive a bespoke 4-week plan designed for either running or HYROX, delivered via TrainingPeaks. Tailor your training to maximise endurance and strength with ongoing guidance from sports physiologist Joe Neale. What’s Included: VO2Max test and personalised heart rate training zones In-depth analysis report and a 4-week running or HYROX training plan based on your goals, delivered via TrainingPeaks 7-day-a-week message support with Joe Neale for continuous coaching How It Works: Prepare: Fill out a form with your health details, goals, training background, and your current 5k PB or HYROX performance data. Test: Undergo a 15-20 minute VO2Max test to capture key data on your heart rate zones, ventilatory thresholds, and aerobic capacity. Plan: Receive a customised 4-week training plan (running or HYROX), focused on building endurance, strength, and performance. Sessions vary in intensity to keep your training both fun and effective. Execute: Follow the plan with message support, ensuring all your questions are answered and you stay on track for optimal results.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to give us 24hrs notice for a full refund to to reschedule your appointment. If prior notice is not given before your appointment, then you will still be charged.
