- This ensures your plan aligns with your experience level and whether you're focusing on running races (5K-Half Marathon) or Hyrox performance.
✅ Step 3: Self-Testing Guide
- You’ll get a simple self-testing guide to determine your Critical Speed (CS)—no lab needed!
- This helps set the correct intensity levels for your training so you progress efficiently over the next 8 weeks.
✅ Step 4: Access to Your 8-Week Structured Plan
- Your plan is structured into two progressive phases:
🔹 Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4): Threshold & Endurance Development – Building aerobic capacity with Zone 2, tempo, and threshold work.
🔹 Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8): Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS) Progression – Increasing intensity with high-speed intervals and MAS training to boost endurance performance.
