Initial VO2Max Testing:
We start with comprehensive testing, including VO2Max and InBody body composition analysis. This gives us key insights into your fitness level and body composition, forming the foundation for your personalised training plan.

Creating Your Custom Plan:
Using the data from your VO2Max and body composition tests, we create a personalised training programme in TrainingPeaks. This plan is tailored to your unique fitness profile, ensuring every run and workout is optimised for your running goals.

Regular Coaching and Support:
Throughout the 28 days, you'll receive ongoing support via TrainingPeaks, with regular messaging to track your progress, adjust your plan, and provide guidance to keep you motivated and on course.
